9.3.7 If a teacher does not return to service after the leave, the salary is reimbursed by the teacher, with all benefits and bonuses paid by the school court on behalf of the teacher during the leave, with interest collected from June 30 of the year of leave at the main percentage rate of bank interest rate per year. a) TEBA and the association. b) The school jurisdiction concerned. c) teachers covered by the collective agreement who are affected by the bonus. 11.2.6 If a teacher has not fully reimbursed the performance bonuses previously paid by the school court in accordance with point 11.2.3 above, the teacher is not entitled to reapply for additional consideration in accordance with item 11.2.3. The school year consists of a maximum of 188 days of classes and 10 days without classes. Days without courses are allocated for the purposes of the Teachers` Convention, the development of the teaching profession, parent-teacher conferences and staff organisation days. 1.7 This collective agreement benefits and binds the parties and their rights holders. 5.2.2 Effective September 1, 2017, sticking during the school year is not considered interrupted or consecutive when a leave, teaching day, work day or other system-regulated break interrupts the continuity of the substitute instructor in the classroom. Under our current collective agreement, replacement products will receive $232 per day and $116.00 per half-day. When executing time, intermediate and/or test contracts, we first take into account our substitute teachers. 3.5.1 The purpose of this clause is to recognize the expertise and training of classes 10 to 12, with CTS teachers having a company business certification or a recognized degree in health services and a letter of authority from Alberta Teaching. These teachers must teach in an industrial area, as described in the Alberta Apprenticeship Board`s CTS list or CTS courses for health sciences.
9.2.4 Occupational Improvement Leave (PIL) refers to leave granted by the school court for the purpose of study authorized by the school court to improve the teacher`s professional qualifications, practices and abilities. 11.2.5 If a teacher does not return to his or her teaching duties, the teacher is responsible for the immediate reimbursement of performance bonuses paid by the school court and reimburses the court upon receipt of an invoice. 126.96.36.199 School justice implements an additional unemployment benefit plan (SUB) that allows teachers on maternity leave by 95% (95%) gross salary during the health-related period of leave. A teacher who is not entitled to EI benefits is entitled to sick leave under article 10 of the collective agreement for the duration of health-related maternity leave. 188.8.131.52 Teachers who participate in the division of labour receive a portion of their salary relative to the percentage of full-time work allocated to each teacher. 9.1.3 School courts and/or schools are not prevented from developing their own human resource development plan, in which the justice system and/or the school may require teachers to participate. 10.1 An annual paid sick leave is granted to a teacher to receive the necessary medical or dental care due to accidents, illness or disability for ninety (90) calendar days.
